Atomian Inbox

What is it

Atomian Inbox is our automated email manager. It continuously scans the configured email accounts and reads every message, not only those carrying attachments. Each email is classified into the folder you decide, following a set of rules you define in plain language: sender, subject, content of the message, type of attachment or the absence of one. When it is connected to one of our document reading products, it also extracts the attached documents and reads them with our artificial intelligence.

How does it work

For each configured mailbox, Atomian Inbox reads the new mail, applies your classification rules, files each message in its folder and, when there are readable attachments, sends them to the AI and delivers the results to your systems.

2. 2Applies your set of rules to decide what each message is about, whether it carries attachments or not.
3. 3Files the email in the folder that corresponds to it, creating the structure you have defined.
4. 4When it finds attachments it can read (such as court notices), it sends them to the AI for reading.
5. 5The documents, the body of the mail and the extractions are deposited in the database, management program or file format of your choice (Excel, XML, etc.).
6. 6Finally, Atomian Inbox can signal your systems that new mail has been processed.
