Atomian Inbox

What is it

Atomian Inbox is our automated email manager. It continuously scans the configured email accounts and, depending on which document reading product it is connected to, extracts the attached documents and reads them with our artificial intelligence.

How does it work

For each configured mailbox, Atomian Inbox completes a fixed set of actions, from reading new mail to notifying your systems that new messages have been processed.

1. 1Reads new mail, searching for attachments.
2. 2When it finds attachments it can read (such as court notices), it sends them to the AI for reading.
3. 3Mails whose attachments were successfully read are moved to a “Processed” subfolder.
4. 4The documents, the body of the mail and the extractions are deposited in the database, management program or file format of your choice (Excel, XML, etc.).
5. 5Finally, Atomian Inbox can signal your systems that new mail has been processed.
