Atomian Inbox

What is it

Atomian Inbox is our automated email manager. Atomian Inbox continuously scans configured email accounts and, depending on which document reading product it is connected to, extracts attached documents and reads them with our artificial intelligence.

How does it work

For each configured mailbox, Atomian Inbox completes the following actions:

Read new mail by searching for attachments.
When it finds attachments it can read (such as court notices), it sends them to the AI for reading.
Mails that contained attachments that you were able to read are moved to a "Processed" subfolder.
The documents, the body of the mail, and the extractions of the documents, are deposited in the database, management program or file with the format of your choice (Excel, XML, etc.).
Finally, Atomian Inbox can signal your systems that new mail has been processed.
